Ft. Victory Village is a planned tiny-home community providing safe, dignified, and supportive housing for unhoused Veterans. We pair private, affordable homes with on-site services and a strong community network.
Ft. Victory Village was founded by Deborah Lumpkin and Thomas L. Tabron, community advocates committed to ending Veteran homelessness with practical, scalable solutions.
